Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management tool, which will grant you absolute control over your e-mail accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this intuitive GUI, you can create a new mail account in no time and administer its settings easily. Additionally, you can forward mails from one electronic mail account to another, set up e-mail filters, create auto-response messages and shield your electronic mail accounts against unsolicited bulk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your e-mailboxes against junk emails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwelcome e-mails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your electronic mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a particular email mailbox account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming email messages on the basis of certain rules specified by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can quickly set up an e-mail filter for any of your e-mail accounts and specify the mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming mails from one electronic mail account to another, or even to several other email box accounts. Simply choose the mail account you wish to redirect email messages from, then select the destination e-mailbox and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily configure the email client of your preference to access your email accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox you want to set up on your desktop PC or cellular phone and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new mailbox will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple email accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager user interface will also allow you to easily create an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to see and our system will do everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
